    Due to health issues I will be starting my walking exercise next week. I know I will be at my first goal weight of 200 by that time.

    Also unpacking a house, organizing, moving boxes here to there is untraditional exercise but right now that is about all my body can do.

    I have been concentrating on my kitchen and my fish aquarium. I am redoing the stand. The actual aquarium is sitting on my island. So it is impeding me getting the kitchen done. Plus my poor fish were use to their 55 gallon mansion. And they probably feel like they got stuck in a tiny studio that is rent control in Brooklyn. They are currently in a 10 gallon.

    And on a separate note do not wear your Fitbit while using a sander because I messed up something or jiggled something lose. Thankfully I have a back up fitbit.
