    I am honestly at a loss (but not really lol). I don't think this can possibly be fat, but maybe? We are in the midst of a renovation and it's my last day of school so things have been stressful and I haven't been getting much sleep, but I have been eating well and exercising. I am just going to trust that next week, as things settle, whatever this is--fat, water, both--will come down to where I think it really is. Cheers, and happy Friday!

    @keepingtrack1234, got it. I believe stress can mess with our systems and cause things like this to happen. Just keep your eyes on the goal and I bet next week you're going to see a good loss. <3

    Did I increase my exercise from yesterday: yes and also spent a hour walking the mall looking for my daughter's 5th grade graduation outfit and we settled on a new shirt she can wear with black leggings that she already has 🤦

    Increase exercise? No. :( although I had hoped to, life threw some higher priorities my way.

    Did I increase my exercise from yesterday? No. Friday is usually my rest day, but hopped on the stationary bike since I was over on calories.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? I moved a heavy fish tank stand and tank. They are almost finished all that is left is the move the boxes that are in the spot where I am going to put it and put hardware on.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? The water I drink I do forget to log that. With as hot as it is Inhave been drinking alot.
