    @ajfuelling sure, the only weighing rule we really have is you get dropped if you miss 2 consecutive weigh in's without telling someone. The day doesn't really matter that much.

    Today: 68kg (149.9lb)

    Didn't work out the last couple of days and didn't count calories either, maybe that's it. Trying to stay positive and more importantly, to stay under 150. :/

    I was so tired after a 4:30 am workout and 6:30 am shift at work that I fell into a deep sleep at acupuncture today! Felt great to relax! Tomorrow is a 60 min class- work and then attempting to take both dogs to the groomer for nails trims! I may need some prayers for the last errand!
