    What is your workout routine? How often do you do cardio and strength? I get 20 minutes on my lunch to hit the gym and I feel like I should be doing weight training since I can do cardio at home by walking.
    This was so much easier before the babies haha!!

    Hey y'all 😁 So grateful Ashely let me slip back in last minute. Took a month off and decided to get right back at it, so my CW is my SW. Excited to join you guys again!

    Oh shoot, it's a holiday here (Canada day) and I completely forgot to weigh in today. Could I permanently move my weigh in day to Tuesdays?

    I will post my weight tomorrow! I'm dealing with some digestive issues paired with holiday bbqs so it won't be pretty. :(
