I'm back. I missed my team and it looks like I missed July sign ups (since it's now July 1). It's been a rough June but I'm back with a vengeance (plus 7 lbs). I'll join back into the group in August. You all are doing great!1

@dheliason I entered this weight, but if you need to change it in a day or two for sodium reduction, that is fine too.
@evangsimmons170 Great goals! Also, there is really no spreadsheet or signing up for participation in the daily post challenge. You just post here everyday. It is not mandatory, it is just a tool to keep people thinking about their goals and accountability. The only challenge that is required here is a weekly weigh in.

@debbie14892 I'm trying to mow today too, but it is 100+ degrees and humid here today. It is really sapping me. I hope that your plants are faring better than my dried up and dead ones.

Hi everyone my name is Harley and not a newbie to myfitnesspal-but new to taking on any challenges like this. Was on WW for the past few months and decided to keep my money and try a different approach.

Exercise did little everything.60 min pulling weeds,20 min upper body strength,then 20 min bonus work out with bands.
Then if this counts cleaned fish tank total min 160.
Water 10 cups.
I tried stationary bike but it got best of me only could do 3 min0 -

Whoo-hoo! I weighed myself this morning thinking I'd just follow along with everyone until I could get back in with my team. My starting weight is 170.4. When I left I was in the low 160's then life happened. It's okay, I have a "new attitude" and I'm ready to "bring sexy back!"
