    45 min spin class

    My goal for the month is at least 5 days but hopefully 6 day a week working out!! Today I got my workout done first thing this morning so that I could relax with my feet up after work!! Planning tomorrow’s class now

    Hi everyone my name is Harley and not a newbie to myfitnesspal-but new to taking on any challenges like this. Was on WW for the past few months and decided to keep my money and try a different approach.

    Goal to drink more water and drop 5 pds

    Calories. Yes an was 11 points under my goal of 1250 for once.
    Exercise did little everything.60 min pulling weeds,20 min upper body strength,then 20 min bonus work out with bands.
    Then if this counts cleaned fish tank total min 160.
    Water 10 cups.

    I tried stationary bike but it got best of me only could do 3 min

    @evangsimmons170 Great goals! Also, there is really no spreadsheet or signing up for participation in the daily post challenge. You just post here everyday. It is not mandatory, it is just a tool to keep people thinking about their goals and accountability. The only challenge that is required here is a weekly weigh in.

    @debbie14892 I'm trying to mow today too, but it is 100+ degrees and humid here today. It is really sapping me. I hope that your plants are faring better than my dried up and dead ones.

    Whoo-hoo! I weighed myself this morning thinking I'd just follow along with everyone until I could get back in with my team. My starting weight is 170.4. When I left I was in the low 160's then life happened. It's okay, I have a "new attitude" and I'm ready to "bring sexy back!"

    Hi everyone, I am Claire. This is my second month in this group. I managed to lose 5.5kg in the first month. My goal for this month is to lose 4.8kg. I am rejoining the gym tomorrow as it's winter here and exercising outside is becoming a mission.

    @mram3582 I posted my first weigh in yesterday, and realized we were supposed to keep the same weigh in day as last month. Mine was Thursday. Should I just delete my comment and weigh in on Thursdays or can I change it to Mondays?
