Daily Check in
Today was a very active day. Well active for me. We went out for lunch but we walked there. Myself and the grandkids walk to the pool and back where we played in the water for 1.5 hours. I am finding I feel a lot more hungry than I normally do. I am about to bury myself in a James Patterson book for the rest of the night.2 -

I did stay true to the goal of eating salad at lunch yesterday. I weigh in at work today for the 8-week weight loss challenge. My goal for today is to meet my hourly step goal (9am-5pm) of 250 steps on Fitbit. Having a desk job, that can sometimes be hard to do.4 -

Daily checkin: I'm really struggling with wanting to log food and exercise. Yesterday was the first day in a few weeks that I truly stayed under calories. I just get cravings to eat literally everything in sight and am trying to get back into a routine. (I normally walk with my mom every night and that helps a lot but due to her grandkids visiting we haven't been able to the past few weeks)1 -

Daily check in: Really tired today and I am just feeling off. I didn’t make it to the adult swim but spent an hour at the pool in the afternoon being active with my granddaughter. I made pan fried fresh frozen cod today that we brought back from Newfoundland. It was delicious. If we don’t have the thunder showers they are calling for, I plan to go to the pool to do some laps tomorrow.1

Yesterday was a bit of a meh day, for no good reason. But woke up this morning, did 70mins walk/run intervals for my 10km training, having breakfast, off to the supermarket and then to work. The weekend is in sight!

A whole whopping 5lbs in a week I know I was bad over the holiday and yesterday's team building lunch probably didn't help any...but I didn't think it was that bad. Lesson learned and now to fix it before next weeks weigh in.3 -

You probably have some water weight going on. Are you still doing the step challenge? If so, I need your steps from last Thursday to yesterday.0 -
