:( This is getting frustrating, but I know it's my own fault! Ugh.

    💥Daily Post: Wedne, 24th July 💥

    ✅Track: yes
☑️Calories: over by just under 100kcal...no big deal 👍
    ✅Exercise: walking

Comments: last day of school today...and herein lies 6 weeks of summer holidays. I'm looking forward to all the stuff we have planned with the kids, but not gonna lie...slightly trepedatious about how I'll control my eating. It's fine when we have structure during the day and our general routine, but going on holiday and not being in control of my own kitchen here or there, having days out as a family, managing time with other people and in their homes...it all gets a bit dicey. I suppose I just have to move through it one day at a time but I'd be lying if I said I think it's going to be simple or easy 🤷‍♀️

    Track: Yes
    Calories under goal: Yes
    Exercise: 11,800 steps

I accidentally got to my division meeting (which was at a park) an hour early so I got my steps in today. As expected they brought in a high calorie lunch, so I'm proud I brought my salad and yogurt today.

    😕Track: Part tracked
    😕Calories: A little over
    Exercise: Lots of walking
💬Comments: My OH had a couple of days off work there and when he’s off, I find it a bit difficult to stick to my plan as we normally grab something to eat when we’re out, or he’ll make us dinner. Back on track as of now though.

Saturday completed a Spartan Sprint for the first time, it was awesome. I learned where I am deficient so after I finish my marathon in November workouts will be shifted to do these type of races much more, maybe go for the trifecta next year. Average about 10250 steps a day, took it a little easy to rest up for the race. Ready for another awesome month!

Yesterday was a mess, so I didn't get a chance to check in, but...

    Daily post for Tuesday:
    Track: yes
    Calories: yes, under
    Water: 100+ oz
Exercise: yes - approx 30 min mostly strength session from my new program

    Daily post for Wednesday:
Track: yes (well, i went back and finished it this morning)
Calories: kinda (over my normal budget, but a under my budget+exercise)
    Water: 100+ oz
Exercise: yes - 40-60 min strength + conditioning (I kinda forgot to turn my tracker off, so I'm not really sure where I was in that range!)

I almost didn't finish tracking yesterday. I knew what we were having for dinner (an old favorite that we rarely have these days - high carb, probably high sodium as well) and had endeavored, both through planning and just the day's circumstances, to keep my calories a bit lower than usual leading up to dinner (without compromising yesterday evening's workout). But I decided to go ahead and log it as best as I could, so at least if I tried to go back to compare weight fluctuations (or anything else) to my intake, at least I'd remember what i had. (And yes, my weight went up but 1.2 lbs this morning. Oh well, I'm sure it'll go back when i lose the excess water.) And back to normal eating today!

Now if my allergies would clear up enough so that I can get tonight's workout in!

And back to normal eating today!

    ...or not, whatever... :#

I'm hoping it's just my allergies that have me feeling bad today. I was kinda hoping it was just that i needed a little more food after a couple of intense workouts. But it doesn't seem to have helped. All I really feel like doing is going home and crawling into bed. Fingers crossed that the cold/allergy medicine I just took helps more than it did this morning!

    🌟Daily Post: Thursday, 25 July

    Track: Yes 😊
    Calories: Under
    Exercise: Walking
💬Comments: Feeling good now that I’m back on track with my eating 🍽 The weather was scorching today and I actually wore a dress 👗 It was just above knee length and I didn’t feel self-conscious at all. Last summer I was always wearing jeans because I didn’t have the confidence to bare my legs so that’s another little NSV for me.

Had a big "scale" victory this morning. I made it into the 180's....barely....189.9, but I will take it. It was the first time I have been in the 180's in many, many years.

    Awesome!
