    Did I exercise for 20 minutes? Yes. I did Summer Bootcamp Day 4 on Aaptiv, Day 3 & 4 of #100dayglutechallenge, and I walked 6.75 miles!

    yes..... i want to cry... thought i was doing well and then all goes to crap.
    Any suggestions team? So much i need to address, more water! afternoon blow outs! over eat at dinner! Crave anything sweet! Motivation!
    So worried will only go up in weight as this is my 4th week of giving up the *kitten*.
    So i was thinking for this week aim to sink a ship with water my intake?

    @sarahmcurry -- some advice I received from a very wise person -- reframe by acknowledging the things done well. Reframing isn't ignoring "needs improvement" but acknowledging it wasn't all "bad" and maybe even celebrating the wins -- built in benefit to reframing is motivation. Not an easy task but very helpful for finding the silver lining. Hope week 3 finds you re-energized and looking for the wins. <3

    @sarahmcurry, sorry you're seeing a gain. Drink that water, measure everything, log accurately, get the exercise in (walking, swimming, whatever you will stick to) and you'll see a change. Don't give up and don't give in!! <3

    For the rest of the week I’m going to stay away from alcohol.
    I normally don’t drink but have been on vacation for two weeks and I negatively affect what I eat as I try to still stay within my calorie allotment 🙈 eat less to fit in a beer or two

    In full discourse, when I got back from vacation I was shocked to find that I was 203 Ibs. Strangely my friends notice my weight loss, even though I gained weight! I was so disappointed. My brother had to talk me off the ledge. He convinced me that weight loss is "a marathon and not a race". So I got back on the wagon on Tuesday. I have been working out, eating protein, salade, and drinking water. Today I am 196.8 pounds. I am thrilled. I am beyond happy. I held the line. I did eat some good stuff on vacation ... me bad... But positively, I exercised by walking into town every day. (no...I never went swimming) Today I feel fabulous!

    Exercise? Nothing that elaborate, but really got moving doing some household chores.
    Under calorie budget? Yes, and with less of a feeling of sacrifice or pouting than usual!!
    Tracked everything? Yes, even my after coffee breath mints!

    Still doing no sugar (had a few bites and just made me feel...not great! So i know it's the right choice!) My focus in August and September is no food at school...it's ALWAYS there and it literally never makes me feel good. Onwards!

    Not as good as last week but still pretty good. I was prepared for a gain since I have made so many lifestyle changes this month. I was told to expect a gain with quitting smoking, although to be honest I am still in quitting mode and haven't quite reached QUIT, yet. I have been walking shorter hours and shorter distances as I follow Zombies, Run! C25k but I guess pushing harder makes up for some of that.

    You haven't failed until you stop trying. Never give up! Never surrender!
