Good Morning Workout Warriors!!I've been MIA this past week and I don't have any good excuse. My diet has gotten way out of control and the scale is showing that. I have found myself going back into my old bad habits. I am so close to a year of no smoking and I think I have allowed myself to put food in the place of the cigarettes. This week I am going to get up and dust myself off and give it another try. I will never stop trying. One day I will achieve my goals. It took me years to finally quit smoking, and I have done that. I have the will power somewhere inside of me to lose this weight, I just have to find it and let it lead the way to a healthier me.0

@Navydaddjtc My fitbit band has arrived, so I will be joining in on the step challenge. My goal is still set for 20,000 steps a day.
