I spent a week at my parents where there are snacks everywhere all the time and itβs really hard to stay away from them! I thought for sure Iβd be up 5 pounds so Iβm ok with .6. Going to work on losing it this week!

2 tbsp (12g), Pb2 Peanut Butter Powder With Premium Chocolate
8 fl oz, Brewed ESPRESSO GRIND Kona Coffee I use Lyon's Gate Hawaiian 100% Kona coffee
ANY BREWED ESPRESSO GRIND COFFEE WILL WORK
1 tablespoon,( 1 PKG) 100% Dried Bananas flakes (Nana Flakes)
8 fl oz, 1% Kroger Fat Free Milk
1 tbsp (5g), Premium Cocoa Powder
DIRECTIONS
