    3) STAY AT OR UNDER 1200 CALORIES PER DAY AND LOG IT ONLINE AND IN JOURNAL

    GOALS FOR SEPT MONTH
    1) GET TO AT LEAST TO WEEK 3 C25K BARE MIN
    2) TRACK AND LOG CALORIES IN AND EXERCISE OUT & POST EVERYDAY
