Exercise: Calories burnt: 1300. 51 minutes cleaning, 28 minutes cooking, 30 minutes Tae Bo, 30 minutes back exercises, and 36 minutes of walking with 3,412 steps.

Comments: Back exercises included curtsy lunge kicks (why is that as a back exercise?) (despise), Deadbugs (also despise), flutter kicks, leg raises, 90-degree angle hamstring (That is how I have it listed), and Superman exercise (Don't like that one either.)

But, still determined to keep hitting the gym and make better choices (despite my weekend)..... and, I bought my first dress in over a decade yesterday! And I didn't break down crying while trying them on
