I had a good weekend, despite a run in with stinging nettle yesterday. Yikes, I have a newfound respect for plant defence. The weather was incredible this weekend and we had a beautiful little hike today.

Good Monday morning! My goals for this week is to up the work out to 30 minutes at least 3 times ok 4 times HA and to log meals
Every day and get least 64 ozs of water daily! Not so sure bout the 3 lbs but it wont be from lack of trying!! Already got my 30 minutes i today!!

Ugh...I'm not 100% sure my weight for last week was correct. I weighed midweek (Shame on me. I'm trying to get out of that) and it seemed I had gained. I didnt know if it was right and weighed again.....and again. It threw up 3 different weights after weighing a few times. I guess time for a new scale.....2 -
