I get your frustration but you've lost a lb!! Going in the right direction! As long as it's going down, you will get there eventually.

Weigh in day Saturday 10/28, week 4
    Pw 157.6
    Cw 155.2

I had another solid week on the shred. I'll take this 2.4 loss. Our trainer let us all splurge with a small ice cream cone today, so that was awesome. Off to another solid week. Thanks all for your support.

    Track: no
    Calories: ? over for sure
    Exercise: yes ran 3.1 miles
Healthier habits: weigh & measure food: nope
Goals or Day: the main struggle is that I went to a potluck for lunch. Then I made burgers for my fam and only got a "chicken" boca burger but I didn't track and ate a bunch of stuff I don't normally so... I'm fine with giving myself a mental break from tracking on Friday and Saturday.
NSV enjoyed myself and bought groceries for the coming week.
    My Why Today:

The WW meeting I went to this morning had an exercise about getting to the real why. I guess it just really is about me showing the world I can set goals and keep them. Also I really want to wear all the clothes I have. I can't deal with buying size- up clothes.

    PW: 219.0

Last week of September. Gosh, I feel like I'm in the same boat! 3 months left in the year and still not under 200, so now I have to put my boat on turbo. I'm joining a health club on Monday, but it's pretty cool, because it's a member ship I can go to most facilities in the area. While I'm at work I will go to Curves, because there is none by my home and when I'm at home I will go to Anytime Fitness which is close to my home or Planet Fitness sometimes, but not as close to my home.

@JamieD328 Sorry about the stomach bug, but congrats on the weight loss! Hope you feel better soon.
@DDay2020 You have been so consistent this month with logging CONGRATS!
@skullsandskeletons Sleep is a better option that a late night binge. Still working on that one myself!
@mawash9 Do you pretrack your calories? Is there anyway you can plan a couple of healthy snacks throughout the day? Keep on going!
@wander216 glad you have a job that keeps you moving
    @midsummer1975 WooHoo on the salad
@angiesjourney Congrats on that loss!!! Great week!!!

@Leebett, I usually have a good idea what I want to eat the day before😂. I slacked the week before but poured it on late this week. I hit a new low milestone of 221.6 lbs. My goal is to get to 200 lbs before December 17,2019. Need to average 2lbs a week to get close.

Week: Sunday Sept 29 (4th week)
    PW: 228.8
CW: 221.6🎉🎉🎉 (explains why my pants are loser😂😂)
What I did well: walked and gym with son
Need to work on: walking at work during breaks
This ended up being a great week. All the running around at work paid of😎

    Goals or Day:
Spent the day hanging with family. I made muffins which always results in my eating a bunch of them and this was no exception. I also kept eating tater tots at dinner instead of making myself a portion and sticking with it. Same story with popchips at lunchtime.

NSV: Didn't get any snacks after dinner.
My Why Today: so I can go out and buy all the size 4s without a second thought.
