Looks like I've dumped some holiday water weight. I'm trying Keto. Felt pretty awful and had digestive problems cutting carbs, but it does reduce your appetite dramatically so I'm going to persevere with it.

Extreme maintenance haha! I noticed my weight fluctuates 1 pound every few days. So I've seen 176.9 on Wednesday then 177.6 yesterday haha. But then I looked at October 2018 and saw that I was 190 then! So I'm glad I'm where I am today!5 -

Not bad, considering my daughter was home sick from school from Monday-Thursday and I didn't have that walk in twice a day to drop off and pick up. She's well again, so back at it next week and we will see what happens!!! I started a new health and wellness supplement three days ago, and dropped two pounds in that timeframe, so I have a lot of hope that things will continue moving downwards!!! My goal for October is to get into the 180's and stay there consistently!5 -

My son and I are enjoying the Zombies, Run! C25k. Week 1 was walk 10 minutes, walk 1 minute, run 15 seconds (ten times) then walk/run combo or walk for 10 minutes. Week 2 ups the run to 30 seconds. He is also enjoying my undivided attention. I am enjoying talking about whatever comes to his 12 year old mind.1 -

😓 not what I wanted to see today. However, I had family in town over the weekend and we spent a lot of time in San Francisco eating and drinking. Plus, it’s just before that TOM so I’m hoping to see a good drop by next week. Maybe this is all water weight 🤞5 -
