    @LyndaBSS I live in Montana ❄

    @Pearl4686 Thanks! So far I have 471 running miles in 2019. My goal is to beat 2018 (665 miles). My struggle is "Lifestyle Balance". I work from home and my job can keep me from being as active as I should be.

    Montana. Sigh... that's always been the one state I really want to visit.

    Hi everybody! I had a couple of NSVs this week. I’ve taken the dog on her walk 3 times, and today someone told me I look like I’ve lost weight! I don’t necessarily see it, but if someone else sees it, then I’ll take it.

    What are YOUR NSVs??
    Happy losing everybody! 🙂

    Today was better than earlier in the week with my depression. Hopefully I am climbing out of it.
    @red1185 congrats on the nsv. Mine is not having to wear leggings under my skirts to keep my thighs from rubbing together and chafing.

    @red1185 great nsv's! I think it takes our brains awhile to catch up. I couldn't see a difference for a long time, but other people did. Go you!

    @LyndaBSS you're so on it!

    @skullsandskeletons glad you're feeling better!

    One thing I did well: had plenty of liquids! Soup and smoothie every day!
    One thing to improve: need to watch my calories at dinner. The soups and smoothies are so low cal I feel like I can eat whatever I want for the rest of the day, and that's clearly not the case

    @Slytherclawz I started consuming the most calorie heavy meal at breakfast, then having my dinner at lunchtime, then a light meal at dinner time. It works great. I don't even snack in the evening any more.

    Had a few too many nachos tonight. About 700 over goal or 200 over maintenance. Not horrible.

    One thing I did well: I took my dog on a walk 3 times this week. I also watched what I ate when I went out to eat. I recognized when I was full, and just took the rest home...which has added benefits because it’s an extra meal!
    One thing to work on: I still need to get back into my workout DVDs, and my C25K.

    Week 2
    WID: Saturday

    So happy to have broken into the 170’s! It’s been too long since I’ve been here and I’m finally wearing some of my favorite old clothes. My goal was to see 175 by my birthday (the 26th). I’m pretty darn close!

    One thing I did well: I killed it at CrossFit this week, giving every workout my all. I also was better at making sure I walk enough at work.

    One thing to work on: eating more protein. I lost some muscle over the past few months. I need to get more protein in to build it back up.

    Hey team
    I missed a few posts yesterday and today so just catching up.
    Some good losses. And those who stayed the same or gained- your attitude is inspiring! Just keep working at it and stay positive, you're all amazing!
    Have a great week!

    Activity: Ran home from work! This was a brave move for me as it meant (1 letting my colleagues know I jog; 2) letting them see me in my kit; 3) jogging in daylight through the centre of town and 4) carrying a backpack with my change of clothes in.
    It was really hard! It was just 25mins of running which I did no trouble only two days ago. Today I ended up walking for around 20 seconds four times. The first time to cross a road and then the next times cos I just couldn't get back into the groove.

    I think I'm okay if I don't stop. Weird, right?

    I am pleasantly suprised and happy with my 2.2 lb weightloss this week. I hit the 12 lb mark since starting the shred. 3 weeks to go, then maintaining time through the holidays. I upped my water and cardio this week. Helped tremendously.
