    @Navydaddjtc - I am going to be out of town without a scale for the first 2 weeks of November. I'm not sure what that means for me for the November challenge!

    ok that sounds good! I'm a little scared of what my weight will be after 2 1/2 weeks eating my way through Italy but maybe it will motivate me to be a little more mindful with my choices? :#

    ✅ Logged food
    ✅ Stayed under calorie goal
    ✅ 1 hour+ of cardio & Strength Training (Stair Climber, Elliptical & Legs/Triceps/Rows)
    ✅ Maintained IF schedule w/ No food after dinner
    ✅ Water: 223.6 oz.

    My legs are sooo sore from Saturday and today's strength training...I had to curb my cardio down a lot---hopefully tomorrow will be better.
