DOC BERG,TAMMY ONE HER MA'S ALONG WITH OLIVIA ANOTHER MA FOR DOC BERG AND I HAD A MINI OFFICE CELEBRATION FOR 5 POUNDS LOST IN 60 DAYS.
NOW THAT DOESN'T SOUND LIKE MUCH, BUT KEEP IN MIND I HAD TO STOP WHAT I WAS DOING WRONG... TURN AROUND 180 DEGREES, RE-FOCUS,RE-BOOT AND GET GOING AGAIN IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.
NEW BATTLE PLAN, NEW MEAL PLAN, NEW W/O AND SWIMMING PLAN SO IT'S OUT WITH THE OLD AND IN WITH THE NEW.

My biggest craving tends to be Cheetos, especially if I'm injured or under the weather. I think for me it's some sort of comfort thing and so I try to find ways to take my mind off of things.
And of course this time of year it's all the treats that I'm used to binging on every year. I think that is more about habit than anything else. This is my first holiday season eating healthier. I do intend to try to work a few items in during my maintenance phase this month, so that helps when walking through the store.0 -
