Once again food is my downfall. Had a salad not prelogged....was almost 600 cals n barely any protein that jacked my entire day up. No big. Moving on.

Happy Christmas Eve!
Got my workouts done early. Went to the 6am Fitness Training session, then kettleball workout in the garage.
Christmas Eve is a big day for us. My boys and their families come over about 2pm, we play our traditional scratch off bingo with two winning cards. It's a blast. Then we eat. This year it's Lasagne de Carnevele, home made Ciabatta bread and Italian salad.( I am prepared to check in Friday with a 6 pound gain. )
Then we open presents and stockings. Can't wait to see the look on my grandson's face. Bubby is getting his first bike with training wheels.
Afterwards, we load up the cars and head to my Mother in laws for the big Christmas eve party with all the cousins and relatives for more of the same and another round of White Elephant gift exchange.
So Christmas Day is relatively quiet for my wife and I. We pick up my parents and they spend the day with us. Wife and my mom will have all the sales ads from the newspapers strewn about the dining room table as they plot and make plans for the after Christmas sales. Dad and I will watch football all day and fall asleep on the couch.
I love the Christmas season, glad it only comes around once a year.

FYI, weigh-ins with the new group WE ARE THE WARRIORS.
We have decided that you choose any day of the week you want to weigh-in, however, you will need to post by Saturday @ Midnight for prior week or you will be listed as NWI (Never Weighed IN).
