Hello my name is Wendy from California. I just joined this challenge and have not been placed on a team yet but I am looking forward to it! I already am pushing myself to lose 1b a week but I plan to move my weight loss to 1.5 lb a week and then gradually 2 lb a week until I hit my goal. I will work hard for any team that I am placed on1

I know its not a normal post. but I just absolutely did NOT want to get up early on a Saturday and do an intense workout. don't think I woulda done it otherwise. A simple thanks!

Day: did pretty good today, gave away candy that was given to me for Xmas so I wouldn’t have it as a temptation in the house lol.
Some of my smaller sized clothes are fitting again and I can definitely tell that I’m losing weight which feels great! (Had a couple of moments in the last couple of days where I was surprised by seeing my weight and really realizing that I’ve lost 30lbs in the last 3 months -have lots to go still but I’m feeling pretty proud of my progress and resolve)4 -

More focussed than ever
Started today my new training program with progressive overload (mesocycle) and goign to get toned this year and to my best physique ever!
My weight might actually go up, but i don't really mind that, my problem is my stomach and moobs i wanna get rid off
So i am going to include my measurements as well on hips, waist and chest1 -
Is anyone on the team doing the keto diet?1

Weekend Recap
Had a bit of a setback to kick starting 2020 back on track, but to be gracious to myself, it still felt like we were closing out the holiday. While I didn't go crazy, we did get a nice dinner out with appetizer and dessert, and there were several drinks consumed this weekend. I am excited to get back into a routine this week with work and life, and I think that will help me get back on track!2 -

Yeah I definitely dont do strict keto lol as people like to call it I do dirty, lazy keto. I fell off in November and December bc of stress from school but I started back today.1 -
