CW 349.....I'm having to estimate. I've been out of town since Thursday with no access to a scale. The holidays have been TOO good in the weight department. But it's a new month, year, and decade.
Welcome to all of our new members! So nice to have you join us. Is there anyone here needing to lose 100+ lbs like me? We definitely have to stay committed for the long haul. Personally, I'm breaking down my goal into 50 lb increments. However we do it, we got this y'all! 😃7 -

Then help make that a reality by joining our Step Challenge. This challenge is among our team only (for now). All you have to do is let me know you want to participate, tell me what your daily goal is (mine is 8,000 steps), then report your steps to me right here on our January thread each day.
At the end of the week, I will give a report of total team steps and our top steppers. We even pretend our steps have taken us to fabulous places.
Please have all your steps in by 2pm Sunday ET. It is more motivating to see people’s steps coming in, so if it works for you to post daily, please do. Just be sure to include the word “steps”. Everyone is welcome and no worries if you’re just starting out. The point is for you to improve your steps.
So whether you look like the first photo or last, join the team. You won’t be sorry. 👣💪🏼😀

It is good to see you @evangsimmons170 ! Yep, it is a new month, year, and decade. One of the most inspiring people I have ever known is the F2F group founder - Maricela Moulin. She lost more than half her body weight (from over 330 to under 160), and has now been going through skin reduction surgeries, raising a family of adorable boys, building a new house, living in a new country - she is SERIOUSLY inspiring. She is smart, articulate, and full of sass. I think our own motivator @evangsimmons170 could become one of those people who can inspire you to reach goals as epic as those. And in the meantime, to love yourself as much as Lizzo, to get in shape no matter what, and to think and write and be an inspiration, whether you make it to those weight loss goals or not. I'm not kidding.
So stand by. I think we have something awesome going here.6 -
Steps today: 3,800
I’m wiped out tonight from a few very challenging massage clients. Whew! Good thing I made my food plan while driving home and talked myself out of stopping at the grocery store. That rotisserie chicken would’ve been way too tempting! The pizza place was too crowded to stop at too, so that was lucky.
I’ll write more tomorrow.

Hello everyone. I am so excited to join this group for inspiration and accountability. I am 49 years old from NJ. Married with 2 boys (10 and 13) and some pets. I work full time. My boys have numerous after school and weekend activities so I often fall into the trap of buying fast food or ordering take- out when I am time crunched. I almost hit my goal weight of 135 pounds two summers ago but it has slowly crept back- so dissapointed in myself. My downfalls were inconsistency in my logging and not planning my meals. I am a vegetarian but the rest of my family is not so that adds a bit more work to meal prep. I also tend to be a stress eater. My goals include: consistent logging, meal prep and fitting in exercise. I received Beachbody on Demand for a Christmas gift so am looking forward to trying the various programs. Best of luck to us all in reaching our goals😀5
