    I was actually very pleased with my weight today, since after last weigh-in i gained up till 102 kg in weekend, so i got rid of that again

    Have you tried pre-logging your food the night before to help get you back in the swing of things? Then you’d only have to make some tweaks to your day as you go.

    @AmyG1982 It's all about TIME. Right now I don't feel like I have the time to pre-load. I believe it's a temporary situation. Back to work after extended holiday and personal struggle with tragic anniversary (Jan 6th). Dealing with emotions and making my way to the other side.

    How Was My Day: It was good. Not much snacking today at work. I made a delicious cajun shrimp and sausage dish with a side of broccoli for dinner. I'll have the same thing for dinner tomorrow

    Today was alright until I went out to dinner with my bf. We went somewhere other than where I originally planned and though I didn't eat until I was stuffed OR make particularly bad choices, I just have no idea what was in what I ate or how much I ate.

    I'm leaning toward just calling it a "cheat meal" of 1000 calories and calling it good just to keep my tracking streak going. Seem reasonable? What do you all do?
