    Good morning!

@lele39, Ashley said to post in the February registration thread when she posts it. I'll post it here when it's up and ready. When you do that, ask to be put on Gutbusters' team and she'll make it happen. Until then, please feel free to post daily with your updates.

Today we’re looking for weigh-ins from:

    Hey team,

I wanted to let you all know that I'll be stepping back from the role of captain of this fine fitness family at the end of the month. If you are interested in serving the team in this capacity, please let me know.

Here is a list of the suggested responsibilities of the captain:

Spreadsheet: Entering in Teammates weights on the spreadsheet in a timely manner (preferably daily)

Motivation: Checking in daily to cheer on teammates who are succeeding and give a helping word to those who are struggling. Teams are more interactive when they are being tagged and talked with - and the more active the team, the more weight they collectively lose.

Mini-Challenges (this can be the role of the co-captain): This can be in the form of a weekly (or monthly) challenge for your team OR in the form of daily questions, video posts, etc.; anything that gets your team chatting and coming back for more.

    Thanks!!
    Bonnie

Ok team...since no one has stepped in...I'll give this a go for a couple months! I'll be honest and say I won't have as much time to do it as well as Bonnie (I teach full time and have young kids) but I'm willing to try! Bonnie let's talk!

Exercised?: Yes (5km walk in 39 mins - hills)
    Calories?: Yes
    Tracked?: Yes

    Finally back from holidays.

Ruling myself out of circle for this month as I purposefully did not try to stay within budget or stick to exercise regime during holiday.

Had a good time. Very relaxing. Looking forward to being back. Missed reading everyone's posts and will take time to catch up.

Have not had access to my usual scale, so no weigh-in yet this week.

140 is my "limit" weight--ie, when I hit that, it's time to get back to my maintenance basics. I have been eating 2nd helpings, unplanned snacks and sneaking chocolate chips...all of which contribute to that gain. 140 is my wake up call that it's time to make the good choices that work for me so I can feel my very best. :) Thanks for reading! :)

Anyone else lose right before the weekend then gain it back by Monday? My weigh in days are Mondays and I'm realizing that was a mistake... next time I'm choosing Friday! lol! I'm going to try really hard to hold on to this loss over the weekend... for accountability I'm at 150.8 (was 152.2 at the beginning of the week).
