I'm pretty confident this is water weight as the Taco Soup my wife made last night was really good but also high in sodium as I was nearly 1.5 lbs less on Thursday. I'll look at this as a chance to get a big drop next week.

For some reason I cannot get out of this 5lb fluctuation. However, I am putting things in place AND in motion to start seeing actual results. Between walking everyday on my lunch and after work, I have also coordinated with some of the women I work with to exercise together weekly. I am also (slightly) modifying my diet - I can’t go hardcore, I know I won’t sustain it; but I also know small changes make big differences in the long term. I will get there. I know I will. I also count it as a positive that I have not gone above and beyond my starting weight - that is also a win, in my book. Happy losing everybody!

Sorry I'm a day late. I have been sick and not with it. Kicking it back into high gear this week with food. I will ramp exercise back up once my sickness allows. Not happy about my gain this week, but also not shocked. I an just inside my goal range...way to close. Time to tighten up.
