I'm going to make January my last month with the group even though I've enjoyed being part of the group, I'm at a weight now where I'm looking more to maintain then lose and don't think it's fair to the group if I'm not actively trying to lose more weight and help the Gutbusters! Thank you for all your support for as long I was in the group.

UGH, off the rails yesterday! Completely! I've already completed all of my weigh-in's but still, I'm having a hard time trying to forgive myself when I've blown it for a day. I go from blowing it, to really blowing it on that day. I've got to get that under control and not beat myself up.2

Bigger reduction than expected. Somehow managed to record below my starting weight for the month ( 141.3 (64.1 kg) ).
Next month I do not have vacation planned, so I am aiming for 136.4 (61.9kg) . This will be quite a stretch for me and I willing to try bring others along for the journey.4 -

So frustrated with myself for the last 2 weeks. Not paying attention to my caloric intake or macros, not exercising, not drinking enough water, and definitely snacking in between meals.2 -

Need to re-lose 4.1 pounds to get back to my June 5th, 2019 weight of 134.2 pounds.
Down 31.8 pounds from my highest weight on June 1st, 2016.
