February Week #1
PW: 152.2
CW: 152.4
Once again I was down before the weekend and jumped back up plus some this Monday morning. I’m going to give myself a little grace because sunday was the Super Bowl and it’s impossible to not over eat while your team is in the Super Bowl. Much less when your team loses 😔. Although I ate a lot, I held strong and did not have any soda. That was an accomplishment for me!
Back at it today a best as I can:
Exercise? Yes, 60 mins at orange theory
Within budget? Yes
Tracked? Yes
4 -
Exercise? 30 mins on glutes and 10 mins on upper body
Tracked? Yes
Calories? A tad over. I forgot how lifting weights can make you hungry lol. Even with sufficient protein lol. Tomorrow will be a hiit/cardio day.5 -

January 29, Week 4
SW: 140.7 (63.8 kg)
CW: 139.3 (63.2 kg)
Way bigger reduction than expected. Had jumped up to 142.4 (64.6 kg) on Sunday after two large meals out on Saturday, but slowly has been falling back to the 7 day average line.
Good to start seeing weights under 140 (63.5 kg) again.
My stretch goal for this month is to try get towards 136.4 (61.9kg). This would be 3%. he tough bit (for me) is that I am already close to ideal weight and this 3% is the last 3% to get to ideal. (Remember I am a 5'9" 51yo male)

Good morning team and happy Hump Day! How is your week so far? Have you taken a small step towards your goal this week? Have you tried out a new habit? How is it going?
I have been avoiding my kitchen at night, so as to keep away from the treats that live there! So far, so (pretty) good! Couple of Swedish Fish swam to me last night, but no biggie.
I am FEELING better than I was at this time last week, so that is definitely something!
Let us know how YOU are doing!
So, here we go!

Exercise: Yes (walk 5km in 38 mins - hills).
Tracked: Yes
Budget: Yes
Busy day (again). Late walk after dinner.
Lower than expected weigh in this morning (corrected post below). Nice to seen numbers under 140 again.
My daughter had her first day at the school replacement program today. Was good an seems to have friend she can talk to there. The goal of the program is to equip her with the mental tools to be able to handle school (and life in general).
She also had first TAFE class in "acting for screen". That also went well, and they are working to accommodate her needs.craigo3154 wrote: »Should read:

@Keepingtrack1234 I had mentioned in my last post in Jan that I would not be participating in the Feb challenge that I've hit a weight that I'm trying to more maintain then lose and didn't feel it was right for the team if I wasn't actively trying to lose the weight. I thought my name was suppose to be removed. Thanks1

Down 0.4 lbs since last week.
Down 32.2 lbs since June 1, 2016 (it's been a long haul, a long journey).
Super stoked to see 137.9 pounds on the scale this morning.
Need to lose 3.7 pounds to get back to my weight of 134.2 pounds on June 5th, 2019, which was exactly 8 months ago.6 -
@shalvy2007, I asked Ashley to remove you on 1/28. She's super busy and may not have seen my post to her, but @keepingtrack1234 has let her know again to remove you. Thanks!2
