@Mmarch427 Sometimes we get upset when we see the numbers stay the same, but I've always thought that anything that is NOT a gain, is a win...think about your week...results could have been worse, right? So try to think about the non-scale victories (NSVs) you've had this week...did you drink a little more water...did you move a bit more...did you try some new foods...did you turn down a trigger food, perhaps? All of those things are positives...next week...if you keep looking for those and pushing on...the scale will come down...it HAS to...have a wonderful weekend!
