@Mmarch427 Sometimes we get upset when we see the numbers stay the same, but I've always thought that anything that is NOT a gain, is a win...think about your week...results could have been worse, right? So try to think about the non-scale victories (NSVs) you've had this week...did you drink a little more water...did you move a bit more...did you try some new foods...did you turn down a trigger food, perhaps? All of those things are positives...next week...if you keep looking for those and pushing on...the scale will come down...it HAS to...have a wonderful weekend!

@UCGRocks I've got you down with a daily goal of 10k...if you'd like, since you were previously using your phone, pull your daily steps for 5/31 to present and send a list of them and I'll get you caught up and recorded...welcome to the insanity!!

Mistake in Reporting my weight this week. Because my scale rounds, I always have to do my weigh in, then look at my MFP and subtract from my starting weight of long ago to figure out my actual weight. I was rushing this week and trusted my first thought without checking and I messed up.
I reported 325.5, but it was 324.5. I figured it out when I went to look at my scale app's progress chart...
Sorry ... was not intentional. I've updated the chart @mulecanter but wanted to tell you so you don't think I'm cheating. I still have a LONG way to go...
