I haven't been posting much, since I have had a lot of trouble with the community being available on the app. I have not been able to use the computer much these days. But I do read all your posts when I can get in here.

I have been there!! To get out of that funk may be a slow process, I might offer a suggestion, Maybe you “prepare” yourself to start moving again. Like, tonight for example, put your socks and shoes next to your bed, or next time you remember to get on here, put them on! It’s discouraging when we think about it too broadly. Ugh! “I have to work out” or “I have to walk for 20 minutes!” but if you simplify it and make your only goal to put your shoes on every day, I feel like that simple action puts me in a better mindset to slip in a few minutes of cardio here and there. It’s much harder to lose weight (and impossible for me!) without moving! I like food too much. 6.08 mile run this morning. Started at about 75 degrees and was almost 85 by the time I was done. It wasn't bad, it was pretty breezy! It took me longer but I don't mind that at all!
