    Richmondwriter MUAC for 7/4/20:

    Tracked: yes
Under: no (+712; I don't want to even record this number but I want to be accountable every day)
Exercised: yes (30 minutes couch to 10K)

54% carbs, 33% fats, 13% protein. I did great all day, then blew it with late night snacking on chips.

I also went over by about 700 one day this weekend. It was a Holiday and I enjoyed food with family, so I am not going to feel so bad about it. I am very impressed that you still got in your exercise. Great job!

@brandi_84 @richmondwriter I also went over yesterday as well. I definitely was munching when I wasn't hungry, and I kept telling myself I shouldn't... great job remaining accountable!

    Saturday, July 4th

    logged: yes
    under: yes
exercise: yes, so much exercise! 44 active minutes of dancing and a 30 minute beginner strength video for the Hogwart's Challenge and then a 43 minute walk for a Fitbit Challenge.

I was home by myself all day, so I took advantage of the "me" time!

Thank you both for the support! We can easily move on past this one bad day. And I too felt full while I was munching-I think this is progress, as it takes less to fill us up.

And well done to Christine, @cmhubbard92, for being the second Biggest Loser on team TBBT!!

And I only managed what I did because I had been stuffing myself almost literally up until bedtime before my morning weigh-in!

    Goals:

    12,000 steps 5x/week: ✖

    Reflections:
Today I kept my cravings at bay, and only indulged in a pre-breakfast bran muffin. I kept my calories at a more reasonable level today, weighing everything but the bran muffin. I did take my first run in almost two weeks, and it wasn't bad at all; I was dealing with some foot pain for a while and I decided to stay safe and rest it. I managed 2.15mi in ~32 minutes... average pace was 14:40, but I was expecting it to be a higher pace after some time off. I am going to lay down shortly to read a few chapters of Game of Thrones, and ensure I get a good amount of sleep tonight before I am back to work tomorrow. In my mind I am pre-planning my meals for tomorrow, and think I have a pretty good plan ahead of me.
