I am totally exhausted from work today. We had a huge order come in and half of my coworkers left early... we didn't finish it all by the time we left so we'll be back at it tomorrow... I'm hoping that tomorrow is slightly less stressful and a little easier!

This day is a bit of a question mark. My wife and I went to walk the boardwalk down the shore. I did my best to enter foods but since those places don't have exact calories presented i’m unsure how correct everything was. We did walk up and down the boardwalk two times so I definitely burned calories as well2 -

Sunday we went to a "social distant" pool party (there were just a few of us at a friend's house) and my eating probably was ok but I drank wayy too much. We got through the heat wave (well, yesterdays high was 111*, today's is 107*, tomorrow's is 101* then back to the mid-high 90s) and I didn't wake up early to exercise. I haven't been sleeping well, not sure why. Just trying to get back on track. Why are good habits so hard to build but bad habits are so easy to fall back in? Is it just me??3 -

This week is halfway through, and it's just been long. I couldn't get onto the community when I was at work on break... and still had trouble when I got home...
I got a new 48oz nalgene today, I have stuck it in the freezer and now have two two 32oz and the 48oz bottle to take to work with me. I also made my oven roasted veggies for work tomorrow. I am looking forward to them! They smelled great! I am going to bed a little earlier tonight after not getting the best sleep the last few nights!5 -

I am sore today from my non-walking based exercise yesterday, but in a good way. I really should do more of this. I was doing some strength workouts on my back porch, but then the heat wave hit. I don't really have a great place in the house to do them, so I tend to avoid them.
