    I loathe next term because a professor I have now is the only one teaching my last required prerequisite, the one I need next spring. I made that discovery tonight. She ruins my Wednesdays - even my week. On the bright side, I got an extension on a research proposal, passed two exams I took today, and had Chick-fil-a for dinner.

    Goals/comments Do I worked out 3 days straight and woke up to with a stiff shoulder so I'm resting today and tomorrow and back at it on Friday. Only eating about 1100 calories this week even with supplementation of protein shake going to have to reevaluate my good next week
