And I'm back, hanging my head a little but happy to be back with you inspiring ladies. Congratulations everyone & hope you are doing well settling into your new digs @tinkerbellang83!

Look at those steps...killin it! @lauriekallis ..how do you manage so many? I’ve been shooting for 10k but it doesn’t seem to happen.

    1) log every day ☑️
    2) min of 6000 steps/day - ☑️ 11,200. I finally got to 10k!
    3) complete at-least one other form of exercise/day - ☑️ No more thinking about it..I just did it! Only 30 min of low impact full body routine but it’s a start to moving again so I need to be positive about it.
    4) drink 8 glasses water/day - NOPE..6 which is an improvement but looks like I need to cut out the afternoon coffee and replace with water to make the 8 glasses a day.
    5) force one positive forward thinking thought into my brain!☑️
    6) 500 cal deficit 5/7 days☑️

    April 6- 5/6 (wondering if I’ll ever get 6/6!)

I usually have 2 walks a day - 1 or 2 hours each depending on weather, work schedule, injuries/aches/pains :D

For awhile I was averaging in the high teens - hope to get back there - but then I run into the need to pee - and there are no public bathrooms open these days.

Once the steps start going up it just becomes normal and to not walk a lot feels very disconcerting.

Lack of private trees in populated areas is a MAJOR concern that I've run into a few times when not walking in the wooded areas near the house :wink:

I'm so bad at squatting to pee! My knees are a bit crunchy. I was looking at buying one of those ?? pee troughs?? for women that allows you to pee standing up - without really dropping your pants :D Haven't ordered one yet but that might be the option I go for this summer. It would be much less nerve-wracking to not be awkwardly half-squatting with my pants around my ankles when another person pops around a bend in the trail!

Re shewees..I have quite a few friends who use them every summer on their big hikes and long camping trips. They said it takes a bit to learn how to use it properly but a little practice in the shower they said they got it quickly and love them.

Being sick all week, I barely know what planet I am on!...was good to get back to my normal chaos today!...and believe me our household is overwhelming at times!...my husband and I in our 60s, a teenage girl 13 dealing with hormones, a 15 yr old boy that is way too intelligent, a daughter that teaches in a low income problem area, and a son in law from Haiti and a sister in law recently admitted to a nursing home!...oh, and the dog from Hell!

Sorry to hear about your foot! Losing the ability to exercise is a terrible thing. How long will you need to keep off it?

Sorry I've been AWOL, house move has had me busy and exhausted.

My plan for next week is simple enough:
    🧘‍♀️ 5 mins yoga per day (7pts)
🚶‍♀️30 min walk per day (7 pts)
📉 250 cal deficit avg over week (1 pt)
    🍽 100% logging of all food/drink (7 pts)
    🐔 100g Protein avg daily (1pt)

    Trial run today and tomorrow
    Sat 10th April
    🧘‍♀️ 5 mins yoga per day ✅
🚶‍♀️30 min walk per day ✅
    📉 250 cal deficit avg✳
    🍽 100% logging of all food/drink✅
    🐔 100g Protein avg daily ✳
    3/3 (3/8)
