It was lower yesterday morning, but I had peameal bacon for dinner, so the sodium was off the charts! There was a planned hydro electricity outage this morning, from 3 am to 8 am. However, it did not come back on until 9:39 am, which was so frustrating! I am just now having my first coffee!!4 -
MUAC for 4/9/21:
Tracked: yes
Under: no (had friends over, drinks & tacos sent me over)
Exercised: yes - lots of cleaning and 2 miles walk with pup
Awesome job @cmhubbard92 on meeting your goals all week, @erikNJ on his incredible 4.4 pound loss (way to start your vacation!), @mooreshelly09 on running for 30 minutes straight - that's terrific, to JMtiv1979 and @thedestar for their losses, and to everyone else who is so focused every day - your hard work will pay off!
Exciting news - I am getting my one-and-done Johnson & Johnson vaccine tomorrow!4 -

@richmondwriter We had tacos last night too!! Although I think it was the Tostitos rather than the tacos that put me over. LOL0 -
@HASWLRS wonderful loss! The sodium didn't hurt your weigh in at all!!!
@mooreshelly09 fabulous job completing your running! It really is a wonderful feeling seeing what your body can do!!!
@JMTiv1979 great loss!!!
@murdog3t great work this week! You have had a lot of "yes" days!!! Keep up the great work this week! Also, I sent you an invite to the GOT challenge, as @GrandmaJackie told me you were interested!
@thedestar that was totally my mistake! I've fixed it for you! Great job!!!1 -
I had "memories" pop up on my Facebook from my trip to Arizona to visit my brother two years ago. I *had* to take a progress picture when I saw some of my old pictures. At this point I had been a member of TBBT for about three months, and was about 40lb down since my start in November 2018. I still had this outfit in my totes of clothes that are now way too big. I was so proud of myself for the hike up Tumamoc Hill in Tucson, and at the time was so proud of how much I had accomplished at that point. Now, two years later, the shorts have no chance of staying up, the shirt slides off my shoulders, and I feel EVEN BETTER than I did in that first picture.
Weight loss has been slow for this last year or so, but I have no regrets. I have developed healthier habits, and I am in much better shape! Also, there's at least another 40-50 pounds missing in today's picture(unless you count Dillon photobombing).
I just thought I would share this with all of you, as many of you have been on this journey for the same amount of time, and I couldn't have made it this far without all of you!

@cmhubbard92, that is so cool that you were able to do a before and after, two years apart, wearing the same clothes! I remember when you came aboard team TBBT; You were around 240 pounds and dating your boyfriend. Now you are 80 pounds lighter and married to the boyfriend! It has been a privilege to be a passenger on your journey. You are truly an inspiration, the way you have embraced this as a life style choice and not a quick fix. The way you have persevered, and continued, even when the weight loss stalled, again treating this as the life style choice that it is.3

@HASWLRS thank you so, so much! You have been so supportive throughout this journey, and I really believe all of you in this group have motivated me to persevere and stick to it, no matter how hard it's been! When I get discouraged, this team has definitely helped me feel better and refocus! I couldn't have this success without the support of you and TBBT!3 -

@DaffyGirl88 thank you so much! My physical abilities have improved SO much throughout this journey. I never would have imagined myself being able to kayak or run as much as I do now. I used to run in High School, and thought it was game over after I had stopped for a while. It feels great seeing the new things I can do!3 -
