Hi all, here for Monday weigh in.
Quickly checking in before work. This weekend I went for 1 hour 45 min hike, it was challenging and rewarding for various reasons, however, fell into the trap of thinking could eat back and didn't make the best food choices in these last few days alongside TOM. Disappointed that I let my willpower slip as could have likely been a loss this week, but was proud of myself for getting movement in.2 -

Progressive dinner (delicious and I decided to enjoy myself) at several friends houses on Saturday night followed by Super Bowl snacking yesterday made for a challenging end to the week. I was honestly expecting worse news than this.2 -

I ended up with a total of 76 minutes of exercise. I had 70 after the pool. I decided to do a couple of mini walks to bring it to 75 but I ended up with an extra minute. I am tired today after a bad sleep last night but I an determined to get at least 45 minutes. Laps, arms, some cardio and abs are my plan. Of course I always finish with stretching.

Good morning all! I tracked over the weekend and stayed within my range. I did have custard with dinner when we went out with my brother-in-law. But I chose, had a small instead of my usual medium, had calories reserved, did not stuff myself, and had no trouble going back to usual yesterday. DH gave me Valentine's daisies instead of candy because I requested no sweets (this fact alone is the biggest gift!). There were some candies for the boys, and I am not tempted. I have been feeling so much better with the zero added sugar on a daily basis that I really do not want any candies. As the memory of how awful I felt last week fades, i may have more trouble, but for now, I'll take it!
For my husband, I made Valentine's biscuits and gravy!

Good morning everyone. Have a great week and slowly work off any super bowl gain.
I have calmed down now. Took half the night. I refused to eat any more last night and I got over 1000 extra steps in while waiting for my daughter. Going to the gym this morning and will be checking my wrist. Hoping it is just wrenched. The old me would have been eating constantly since I don't drink or do recreational drugs.
@jimboden3 nice job staying even for the week with that weekend.
@mszoueb great hike. That is a common trap to fall into. Was it rolling hills or through woods?
@lindamtuck2018 great work in the pool and the mini walks. Love how you are getting the work in while acknowledging your limitations.

I have been eating at maintenance+ and feel better. My body is holding steady with the extra calories. I hope that the Doctor releases me from the lifting restriction next week, even though I have been wrestling with my grandbaby all weekend. At least there was little to no pain. I will be getting a body composition scan tomorrow to see where I stand on muscle versus fat. The doctor is interested in my bone but I want it for the other stuff. The other test I want to get is a resting metabolic rate to see if I really have a slow metabolism. Yes I am approaching things scientifically to make my homestretch plan to get the rest of this weight off and be able to keep it off.

it is a cold and sunny day here today. i got in a lot of walking running errands today. i will be doing some dancing tonight. my daughter says hello to everyone. both budgie birds are doing well and say cheep, cheep! have a great day, everyone! take care and stay safe.4

Morning guys its so cold here and the more weight I lose the colder I get ..I just feel cold on the inside if that makes sense. Who knew I would be begging for summer to come just to be warm … I was always a winter person before LOL

Yesterday was my best exercise day ever. I ended up with a total of 97 minutes of exercise. I earned a ton of awards/badges yesterday with my Apple Watch and I think it is one of my highest converted step days. There is a screenshot of them in the spoilers. Last night was my second night of terrible sleep which lead to overeating. I am going to get back to my bedtime routine and play 432Hz music all night. The music seems to help. Today I am going to dial back the exercise and do no more than 45 minutes. My body is screaming at me today, slow down, slow down!5
