    Hi all! I am feeling pretty rough from the vaccine. Chills, headache, fatigue and awful muscle aches. I am going back to sleep and will do a proper check in tomorrow.

    Good evening everyone. I hope you had a good weekend.
    Check in for 2/6:
    Steps - 9013. Quick trip to the zoo for lunar new year celebration. Had to leave after 2 hours so daughter could get to work.
    Calories - 1815 or close. Tried to be close with my zoo food.
    Exercise - walked some of the zoo very slowly. Otherwise nope.

    small check in...
    so the struggle is real but I am fighting it all the way I WILL NOT let myself down again this time I will succeed. I had a bit of a NSV at the weekend I tried on some clothes which I thought was my size but I could actually go down a size which really chuffed me and made me realise how far I have come. So I need to now focus and stop trying to self sabotage myself and just kick this extra weight to the curb!

    Hi all, here for Monday weigh in. Just quickly checking in whilst have breakfast before work. Great to see the scales behaved, I'll keep an eye on it though because I know how my weight can fluctuate when TOM is due, so maybe it's actually a gain disguised as a loss, but either way it brought some relief this morning to not see a gain.

    I'm aiming to get some exercise in this week and stick to prep for 5 days, on cals at the weekend and fingers crossed to starting to move out of seeing 237, ready to greet numbers below that.

    P.s Is anyone elses home page messed up? Theres no news feed just invite friends by email!

    Horrible weekend eating wise and overall being lazy.

    I actually got 7.5 hours of sleep last night. My goal is to start back with the elliptical tonight (15 min) and some free weights. Hopefully I won’t be too wiped after work and running around. Need to get my son a new swim suit for gym class this Friday.

    Doesn’t a good nights sleep make the difference? I admire you and the others doing this with young families. I am retired and I find it hard.
