- I think dancing for cardio is making it a fun mix-up (I don't know how I used to go clubbing all the time and dance for hours 😂)

Started out the beginning of the week documenting 3 out of 7. Played basketball once. Kind of hurt ankle and had anniversary party meal, Went to on of those Japanese hibachi steak houses the chef loss vegetables I caught them in my mouth. Lol Plus ate filet mignon. I rarely ( only a few times a year) eat red meat.
I had a dream once the animals were around a board room table asking me not to eat them. Lol so with my dad died early of arteries clogged I don’t eat them.
I plan on resting a week or two before softball season but will stay consistent and document and drop some weight.

Exercise: Sorta, 15 minute walk and tried to move around a lot when working. I do enjoy being able to use my sit to stand desk again. Failed to wear my Fitbit today to see if that gave me any exercise minutes/calories

Went to a musical out of town, had healthy food choices, save for subway for dinner. Subways not necessarily a bad for you choice but I always have the 12inch when should just have half and add my garlic aioli on it at home
