    👋🏽 Hey everyone!!
    I just found out about winning the March challenge and shared it with my students! Yay!! My upperclassmen are joining me in an extended challenge for April😃

    I've been overwhelmed prepping for my wedding on 4/30, coaching clients and working on 4th quarter lesson plans and grades but I'm here🙌🏾

    SW: 159.7
    CW: 159.2
    CALORIES: Under goal of 1400 (macros leading with protein and fruit as the carbs)
    EXERCISE: Hybrid Training (swimming, dancing, light weights, elliptical and treadmill at 2.5mph on incline 15)

    PERSONAL/SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT: Daily (1 hour in the morning, 1 hour before bed)❣️

    STRUGGLES: Resisting sugary snacks at Bible study groups and church events 😣

    PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS: significant back issues as a result of scoliosis, herniated disks and degenerative disk disease; physical therapy is a requirement

    Today was a whole lot better than yesterday. (Thanks for the good thoughts Vicky) Meds helped the cramps more today, and had more energy. Good food and exercise day… still need to drink more water though.

    Goals/Comments: Since I've been struggling to maintain 13,000 steps daily went back to 10,000 steps. I also started getting 15mins of sunlight as a new program to not only get more sleep but ALSO STAY ALSEEP. Believe it or not it's working.
    Sleep time: see the difference since adding Sunlight Wednesday:

    P.S. finished my Dad's 4th Memorial PowerPoint Presentation today so hopefully I'll get back on my normal eating regimen. Already have my smoothies and meals prep for the week just got to stick with it🙏🏾🙏🏾🫂🫂🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

    I will be implementing something new this month; instead of waiting for the overall results, I will be posting our results every Sunday evening and when @AB0215 posts the final results I will copy the thread to the group okay??
