Good evening all.week is half over. Hooray.

Steps - 2963. Lazy day and watch was on charge while I was out and about.
Calories - 2449. High again.
Exercise - none. Stayed off legs most of day. Wore my compression socks to work on my swelling. It isn't as bad as before.1 -

Good evening all.
Check in for 7/7:
Steps - 9984 plus 20 minutes bike moderate intensity.
Calories - 2150 or so. More late night eating but had the room tonight.
Exercise - gym early morning. 9 machines and 20 minutes bike. Pickleball late morning for 1 1/2 hours.
