I celebrated by playing 5 hours of baseball today after swimming. Felt great to be out there and I burned some major calories.3 -

Just thought I would pop by and say hi. COVID has kicked my butt today. Hopefully, this is the worst. I will be home next week and will start with weigh ins at the beginning of the August challenge.

Good evening everybody. I’ve been on vacation to FL this past week and then Jamaica 2 weeks ago. I haven’t posted a lot, and my weight is not where it should be.

I will have to get my steps tomorrow. This week was hard - I broke my toe on the first full day of my vacation, so walking has definitely been a struggle. I’ve done it, mostly without complaint - but between the broken toe and vacation, I doubt it’s as much as it usually is.

Maintaining... Even though my calories are saying cut... I am happy though that I am not too far off from what I was lifting last year before I got sick. August will be 1 year since I was fighting for my life in the hospital. @lindamtuck2018 your message was one of the first things I remember receiving and replying to, before that I was pretty much out of it for about a week. So I guess that means that this is my anniversary month? Wow!
@lindamtuck2018 don't do like I did and wait before treatment. Get the antivirals. Good luck and I am praying for you guys.2 -

Good evening all of you good people. How has your week gone so far?
Check in for 7/18:
Steps - 9103
Calories 2223 or close.
Exercise - no set exercise. Sore from yesterday, but walked around a national monument lighthouse, an amazing produce warehouse, and the block to get ingredients for beer bread tomorrow.
We got some foods we have never seen. Purple ninja radishes, yellow watermelon, tongue of fire beans, honey punch plouts. Should be very fun testing them all.3
