Thoughts for today: Praise'm Praise'm Happy Sunday🌞🌞
This week I am being more mindful so I will not be intentionally stepping as I am still dealing with really high blood pressure and swollen legs every time I try to sneak in a workout.
So I am committing to completing this Hasfit 10 minute workout daily this week. Which it's more like a really long warm up just so I won't get stiff from not moving: https://youtu.be/4Uzk6f2GnO8
It is imperative that I listen to what my body needs so I may be more productive in the future as I still have a long term goal of being actively healthy by loosing 300+.

Also bad news after 2.5 yrs COVID-19 has hit my household 😔 my nephew tested positive and now my expectant sister is experiencing symptoms (still waiting on her test results please keep us in your prayers.
I say it again WHEN IT RAINS IT POURS but we have to find joy and hope in there somewhere to stay positive 😊

Just popped in to say hi! And I'm feeling better now and I wanted to let you know that I'll be back tomorrow. In time for my weigh-in day Wednesday.
I'll do my best to post daily, depends on how my health is. Like you and some others on here I'm dealing with a lot of health issues.

I did weigh on Sunday but posting was another story. Busy week but now I have a week off from work. Summer is having one last hurrah and will be hot temps this week. Next week will be cooler and may actually try and get walking again depending on how other things go.
I'm tracking but have been over every day. I have such a hard time keeping consistent when things aren't going relatively smoothly. I'm trying to keep fridge stocked with healthy snacks so will go for those first but freezer is stuffed with a lot of sugary stuff too.2 -

Goals/ Comments:
My BP dropped to 145/75 from 155/88 today around 2pm so I had to lay down early since I was feeling out of sorts. So did not even get up to check my BP in the evening or take my 2nd dose of medication.
I praying that it continues to stay at a decent level so I can get back to meeting my daily step goals but I did push myself in doubling up my exercise routine today (couldn't help myself not use to being stagnant 🤣🤣🤣🤣)
