@lindamtuck2018
Good Morning Team. Here are my Check-in numbers (a little late, again! Sorry)
User: rwillems
Weigh-in Day: Sunday
PW: 280.4 lbs
CW 290.2 Lbs (Down 0.2 lbs)
Thanks. And Sorry Again for being late. I need to get back to doiong my entry in the mornings rather than waiting until late night.
Can you confirm your numbers? I am assuming it should be 280.2.DAILY CHECK IN:
SUNDAY 03/19
- Calories: 2158 (goal 1200-1600)
- Water: 113 oz
- Gym: no
- Walk: no
- Protein: 107 g (85 goal)
- Fiber: 5 g (25 goal)
- THOUGHTS: went to Costco on Sunday , picked up a ton of yummies …. Edamame, strawberries, broccoli, yogurt, sparkling water, chicken … but, we also got carrot cake muffins. I ate the muffin, the entire, 720 calorie, frosting dripped muffin. Threw my calories so far over the edge. I had to wrestle the croissants out of my husband’s hands too. I’d eat three of those a day until the package was gone. I can’t have those in this house.
STEPS:
03/19: 12,094
Well done on all the healthy foods. Costco muffins are deadly delicious. I can’t have them in the house or I will eat them. I have to keeping a close eye on my husband when shopping. He will sneak in all kinds of goodies(baddies?). We have come to an agreement that he will only get treats I don’t like.

Just wondering how people decide on their target weight? At 276lb I wanted to get to 196lb ... that's been my low weight all my life. When I got there I decided I could lose a bit more and changed my goal to 182lb. Approaching 182 I decided I would like to be 176 ... the only reason being I would have lost 100lb! Now I'm at 182, I'm struggling to get lower and wondering if it's worth it! I'm already the lowest weight I've ever been as an adult (by 14lb). Not bad as I'm 60 next month. I'm happy with my current weight. Seems sensible to stop and accept 182 as my goal weight? Thoughts?2

I have along way before goal but if you look at my height and age my ideal weight for a healthy BMI is 104.4 - 141.1. I know my days of weighing 141 is long over. I think I would feel comfortable weighing between 160 - 170. I got down to 160 in 2000 I felt good at that weight but I am 23 years older. I think if your comfortable at 182, why not pick it as your goal weight. You could always decide in the future to lose more. It is also a good idea to discuss with your doctor about a healthy weight.3 -

Fantastic steps. When I started losing weight, I ate those jello cups a couple of times a day. I got sick of them but maybe I will give them a go again.2 -

I asked my Doctor what weight she wanted me at and she said "230-235".
I'm 6"4 227 lbs right now and my BMI is 27.6 which is considered over weight. Don't put much stock in BMI. I don't remotely look overweight. It's just my build. I'm very "ogre-like" haha
