You do not need re-register unless you leave the group for awhile and then come back2 -
Hey guys! I am stocked to have been fully on plan coming up to 2 weeks and I am so happy with the weight that has been released so far.... I know it's going to slow down but I love to see a positive change on the scales! Today I officially made it into the 370's! A new decade! and it's a 19lb weight loss from where I was this time 2 weeks ago (my highest ever weight.)
I am wanting to give myself "treats" for every 20lb lost in the first 100lb and since I am coming up to the first 20lb, I am booking a pedicure for me and my mom for Saturday! She has done so much for me lately that i want to treat her too... she deserves it!
But I was wondering if anyone had any like "afternoon" treats that are not at all food-related for every milestone. Has anyone done this? I'd love to know your ideas!
Also- Linda, I was wondering if it's possible to change my highest ever weight to 397.4lb please? That's my highest recorded weight and I really want to see the change of total weight loss as I go. Thanks muchly1 -

Do you strength train? Do you do it at home or the gym?
I do! I have taken up strength training just in the last year. I do it at home. Usually lift 35lb weights. I do this everyday 2x for about 10-12 reps on a bench press. I haven't experimented with overhead press, deadlift or squats. What is everyone's favorite strength training?1 -

Wow! Do you go for other walks beside the ones with Monty?
Most of the time he is with me. We take one really long walk in the AM (up to 4.5 miles); then a shorter one in the afternoon. I also am working on the couch to 5k program (on week 4) which I do on the treadmill. I have been out of commission for the last few days (sick with Covid), but did manage a 3 mile walk yesterday. I will have small numbers this week. I feeling better today, but my house is a mess, so skipped the AM walk. I was afraid that if I used the energy for a walk that I wouldn't have any energy to clean up this mess! If I feel better this afternoon, we will probably take a short one.3 -
@lindamtuck2018, I hope you enjoyed the movie! & it does feel really good to see the water weight disappear. I also had something that had me feeling under the weather, so I hope you're feeling better.
@NachDeezy, thank you!
Didn't get to my class last night, but rescheduled it for tonight, so looking forward to it! I haven't done anything so intense in cardio in awhile, so I'm hoping I can keep up okay. Trying not to be too doubtful of myself.2 -

I will get that changed. You deserve credit for every pound you lost. I did a pedicure when I reached onderland. I should do them more often. Some I can think of is a movie, facial, massage, a new piece of clothing.lindamtuck2018 wrote: »Question:

When I had a gym membership, I loved using free weights.lindamtuck2018 wrote: »

Good for you getting out there when you are sick. Don’t overdo it. Feel better.@lindamtuck2018, I hope you enjoyed the movie! & it does feel really good to see the water weight disappear. I also had something that had me feeling under the weather, so I hope you're feeling better.

Make sure to tell us how you did. Glad you are on the mend. I am still having some issues with my stomach but it is a lot better.

I am definitely increasing my step goal in November. The pain specialist is impressed that I am increasing my steps. He wants me to try and lengthen the mini walks. I am hoping by January to get to 5,000.
NSV: At the pool this morning, my friend climbed out using the ladder. I told her I haven’t been able to do that for along time. She made me try using the ladder. I did it. I can’t believe it.
