Aww fur baby photos! Aragon is so cute! awww - 10 weeks = a handful. Looks like my tabby girl Hemi. Her coat is a little thin and she's been cold / sleeping on the heating register - she needs a cold weather gear like Tinus or Armygirlarmyof1's dogo!
@Armygirlarmyof1 - what's your babies name? They're setup for fall!
My long hair calico keeps eating random stuff like splinters, my yoga mat and mystery crud. She's grade A Extra Fancy -- but her appetite is down home. The little tabby cat brings me her toy mouse every morning. She proud walks it over to me and lays it down at my feet. Love pets, they sure do spice up life.

Good morning Shape Shifters. Nothing going on here. I tested the first protein bar (cookies and cream) and it was very tasty. I was also feeling very full the whole day and almost forgot to eat my salad. Not sure if that is protein related or just my brain playing tricks because I know protein helps with feeling full. Either way, it wasn't a bad thing. Tinus wanted on my lap half of the day, so I didn't really do much besides work on a puzzle a bit. Happy Friday everyone

Good morning everyone!
I really enjoy hearing about and seeing photos everyone’s cats. I grew up with cats but now have a dog so I’m living vicariously through your photos.
Update on my mother of the bride dress shopping- I found a dress I really like and the are bringing in to the US for me from England. It’s by a British designer, Jenny Packham, that Kate Middleton favors, so I feel like a princess. The samples they had were all size 4 (US size) and while they didn’t fit, I could get them on my body to get an idea - something I couldn’t have done 18 months ago when I joined this group. Thank you to everyone for your support.
My daughter is coming into town today- the courts are closed for Veterans Day- so I’ll try to remember to get her to take a photo.

I spiraled there for a bit, letting myself eat junk to cope with stress and personal issues, and exercising less. I'm getting back to my good habits, but have a lot of ground to make up. I want to get back to under 185 by the end of the year, with a goal still of 175 next year.6 -

I feel like I'm starting to get back on track with nutrition, activity and sleep after feeling thrown off by the triggers of Halloween candy and then the time change.
This morning I got an upper body + abs weights session in, a dog walk and then I threw together a stew recipe into the slow cooker for later tonight. Tonight and tomorrow I'll be coaching hockey, both of which will be guaranteed workouts.

Today in Yoga...I earned TWO mice, two! Wow, I must be a good hooman!
The long haired calico is Wakako, and the short tabby is Hemi, but this week I'm calling them, 'Extra Fancy' and 'PopTart'.
I have a pot of beans on in the InstaPot. It's cloudy and chilly here. Arthritis / joints hurt today so just did some Yoga this morning, taking a rest day. *waves*

Good morning Shape Shifters. My dad visited me in the morning. I wanted to do some shopping. He asked me to shave his head, which I hate doing, but it's my dad so I can't say no. He also had a shower here and I did his laundry. That might sound a bit weird, but my dad lives in an eco village and they can't use soap there, so sometimes he does those things at my place instead.
I had a list with things to buy/look for, but several of them didn't work out. We first went to the store that had the vegan lasagne to see if one in a different town had it, but no luck. I am guessing it was a test run or something and it is never coming back which is a shame. At the second grocery store I wanted to buy vegan minced meat to make wraps next week, but the expiration date for it was in a few days so couldn't get that either. The last time I was at this store, I found a big tray with 3 different types of baklava, 12 pieces total. I left without it because my control over food was very shaky. This time I was really excited to get some! It was even better than last time since they now had small boxes with 4 pieces each; walnut or pistachio. I behaved and just got one of the boxes. I will have 2 pieces today and 2 tomorrow, it's going to be great. At store number 3 I bought some scented candles, a frame for a painted card my aunt made for me, a pile of socks and a cute Christmas tin with cookies (I just wanted the tin, the cookies were bad and went in the trash). At the bookstore I found a couple of nice postcards and some incense.
When we got home and unpacked everything, it was around 11:30 and I hadn't had breakfast yet. My dad suggested going to the little restaurant by the forest where they have an awesome vegan avocadoburger. When we got there the menu had been changed and the burger was no long on it which was very sad. I had a pancake instead which was whatever. I wasn't sure of the calories, so I just looked for large pancake on MFP, picked a high calorie option and increased it some more to be on the safe side. Because breakfast was so late and I stop eating before 16:30, I didn't manage to fit in all my food. I just wasn't hungry. So I didn't make my 75+ protein goal this time. Happy Saturday everyone

I was up at 8 to the shops for some more party stuff.When I got back I started cooking & chopping ! I've only just eaten my breakfast & it's 1pm.
I've got to dress the venue & pick up my food order from the supermarket.I have ordered a pizza delivery as well.
I hope I can enjoy the party & not be too exhausted.Im sure @PatriceFitnessPal that I will be a Dancing Queen

I’m glad to be down this pound. I ate too much a couple times this week. I experimented with a new chocolate chip cookie recipe, they were “failure” cookies. We ate them, but definitely not serving them to guests.
I decided to do a fast to help make up the difference. I did 40 hours with just water, black coffee and 0 calories electrolytes.4 -
