    The long haired calico is Wakako, and the short tabby is Hemi, but this week I'm calling them, 'Extra Fancy' and 'PopTart'.

    I have a pot of beans on in the InstaPot. It's cloudy and chilly here. Arthritis / joints hurt today so just did some Yoga this morning, taking a rest day. *waves*

    I’m glad to be down this pound. I ate too much a couple times this week. I experimented with a new chocolate chip cookie recipe, they were “failure” cookies. We ate them, but definitely not serving them to guests.
    I decided to do a fast to help make up the difference. I did 40 hours with just water, black coffee and 0 calories electrolytes.

    Good morning Shape Shifters. I didn't have the best night because for the first time in like 6+ months, Tinus decided to sleep with me on the bed. I really like when he does that, but I wasn't a fan of his position. He was between my legs, up very high, basically in my crotch so I couldn't really move most of the night. He showed up at 20:00 and left at 3:38, so that was a long awkward sleep! I expected it to show on my fitbit, but my score was fine. The weather was awful on Saturday. Just pouring rain most of the day. During 2 minutes of very bright sun, I had a bird fly against my window. It sounded bad, so I went to check. A great tit was laying on the ground on his back. It didn't look good. I went out with a box, picked him up and let him rest in the box for 45 minutes. I was very happy that he was alert and flew away when I opened the box. I have my front window covered in bird stickers to prevent this from happening, but this time it was at the back window where it normally never happens. I feel really bad about it so I will be ordering some more stickers for the back as well. I am pretty sure it was because of the sun. Either way, I want to prevent it as much as possible and the stickers are pretty cheap on Amazon anyway. I did laundry but otherwise had a lazy day with Tinus. My two pieces of baklava were awesome.     @Itakimasu7 That's a great drawing! I love drawings of food for some reason. You really captured it.

    I meant to do a face mask this evening, but I forgot. I used to do them with a friend in high school, too.

    I hope you get relief from your kidney stone and the arthritis flare!
