I completely missed my weigh-in last week. I am so sorry. I traveled to Maryland to be with a friend who started chemo last week and got all thrown off. Please don't kick me out!

Thatβs what Iβm talking about! I was out of town Saturday, so this is a Sunday weigh-in. A bit of a surprising loss, seeing as how I pigged out on BBQ Brisket ( I was in Austin, TX) and hotel food, and airport food. I will have to check my scale. I did not even log my food for two days because I was so sloppy. Oh well, yay for me!I will be back to Saturday this week.
Great numbers @prodigal6766! I think I just gained a pound thinking about having an authentic Texas BbQ Brisket dinner. Yum!
LoL, my scale seems haunted sometimes too. It all works out in the long run.

Yesterday morning I weighed 5 lbs (0,7 kg) less than today.. π1 -

Recap: From Friday: Weekend on tap....I need to stay the course. No celebrations. I'd like to see 213 by the end of the month! Focus! Goal > No gain over the weekend.
Well....I went up to 216.8 by Saturday morning?? But then held on to that through the weekend and through Monday when the scale just wouldn't move. Then Tuesday down to 216.6 (wow)...and then finally today 215.8! I hate the scale...just sayin! So much that my frustration caused me to pull out the tape measure and since January...I have lost over 10 inches. So that helped a bitπ
My motto works well for exercise. I need to find another one for nutrition or may I steal the "Just say no!"π

3/2I like weighing in daily because if I am up on my official day, I can look back over the week and see if it was trending up. Then I can figure out is it an anomaly from sodium, bloat, etc.

We canβt depend on just the scales to tell our story. Stick to plan and you will see a difference. I know for myself, if I do want to lose 10 more pounds I have to tighten up my weekend eating also.2 -

I was feeling great, had an amazing workout on Monday, then BAM! Hit with my son's cold (it's going through the house now). I'm not optimistic about tomorrow's weigh-in and I definitely didn't have enough energy to exercise these past couple of days. Looking forward to being back to myself soon.2 -

Today i had a major nsv!
I used to be a size 26 in uk trousers (size 22 in usa pants)
I needed some new black trousers and found some in the sale. I tried them on (miracle i never try clothes on!) Wow the uk 16s (usa 12s) were too big. Luckily i found a pair of size 14s (usa size 10).
Even better they were marked down to 15 euros but i was only charged 9 euros at the checkout!!
