    Motto: πŸ‹πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ Don't think, just do it!!

    Recap: From Friday: Weekend on tap....I need to stay the course. No celebrations. I'd like to see 213 by the end of the month! Focus! Goal > No gain over the weekend.
    Well....I went up to 216.8 by Saturday morning?? But then held on to that through the weekend and through Monday when the scale just wouldn't move. Then Tuesday down to 216.6 (wow)...and then finally today 215.8! I hate the scale...just sayin! So much that my frustration caused me to pull out the tape measure and since January...I have lost over 10 inches. So that helped a bitπŸ™‚

    My motto works well for exercise. I need to find another one for nutrition or may I steal the "Just say no!"πŸ™‚

    I like weighing in daily because if I am up on my official day, I can look back over the week and see if it was trending up. Then I can figure out is it an anomaly from sodium, bloat, etc.
    @lindamtuck2018 ~ it makes a lot of sense to review and follow the trend and analyze the source. I need to do more of that...vs just complain!πŸ™‚

    @slimmersixties ~ Maintaining your weight during a social week is huge!! Kudos!

    @jimboden3 ~ I love Mexican food...and it's part of my undoing as well! Regroup!!πŸ™‚

    Weigh in day: wednesday
    PW 235 (106,6 kg)
    CW 235,2 (106,7 kg)

    Yesterday morning I weighed 5 lbs (0,7 kg) less than today.. 😐

    That one is frustrating. Look at the overall trend.

    We can’t depend on just the scales to tell our story. Stick to plan and you will see a difference. I know for myself, if I do want to lose 10 more pounds I have to tighten up my weekend eating also.

    Step Goal: 6,000
    2/25 - 2,023
    2/26 - 6,629
    2/28 - 4,424
    2/29 - 2,639

    I was feeling great, had an amazing workout on Monday, then BAM! Hit with my son's cold (it's going through the house now). I'm not optimistic about tomorrow's weigh-in and I definitely didn't have enough energy to exercise these past couple of days. Looking forward to being back to myself soon.

    Today i had a major nsv!

    I used to be a size 26 in uk trousers (size 22 in usa pants)
    I needed some new black trousers and found some in the sale. I tried them on (miracle i never try clothes on!) Wow the uk 16s (usa 12s) were too big. Luckily i found a pair of size 14s (usa size 10).
    Even better they were marked down to 15 euros but i was only charged 9 euros at the checkout!!
    Happy happy happy

    WHOA! Big time NSV!!

    @lindamtuck2018

    Thursday Weigh-In:

    PW: 125.2
    CW: 123.4

    So, I'm basically at goal weight now. πŸŽ‰ At this point I would like to figure out what I want my maintenance weight range to be. I would like to keep eating at a deficit, maybe a slight one, and lose a pound or two more, and then work on staying in my maintenance range, whatever that will be.

    17.6 pounds lost since September 1; 36.6 pounds lost total πŸ‘

    AWESOME WORK!!

    I have been sick since Sunday night. I have slept so much! I have not done any activities to get any steps in and barely ate all week.Thankfully I am feeling much better.
