Had my 6 month maintenance check-up today, good results. Here are the DEXA (first page) and InBody scans.
Managed to gain some muscle this time too! Onwards.
These comparative results are so inspiring for a, hopefully, to be Larger Loser … shows what can be accomplished - mega @Dante_80 …thanks for posting!
( … yes cheers @PAV8888 - for translating)
Needed to see something like this at the mo - having challenging days eating at maintenance these last few days 🙄😁🙄

Amazing how even at an obese BMI you were already at the top end of normal for visceral fat. Mind you, you had already lost 36kg /79.5lbs! How many touchpoints does that lab machine have?2

6 in total. Four pads for the feet (toes, heel) and two for the hands. Again, thanks for the kind words everybody, let's keep on largerlosing!4 -
remember ms @Creamtea42 .... a day at maintenance is still a win--especially when other challenges are in the mix.3

Weigh in - numbers up by 1.6 lbs! No surprises!3

Up 2 pounds from last week’s vacation which disappeared this morning. 👍3

Next day scale: three +3+ lbs!🤯
(wuz a TAD of an excessive portion)
The second plate is "stuffing" I temporarily removed from the main bowl to better evaluate the totality of the contents before consuming.
Bowl picture is just after the removal of the stuffing and before locusts descending
Sadly no doggy bags materialized. They were a fleeting hope!
The bowl opposite is a small. Mine was a large!
Decision making hamsters absent due to "but it's only $1 extra for the large"🤷♂️1 -
…. But PAV - my hamsters are going …. GO FOR THE LARGE! … you can tell that broth looks amazing, let alone the beef! I’d have no control!
Here, tired & calories all over the place.2 -
That’s a whole lotta food there Mr. PAV! And probably plenty salty too. But it looks delicious and I’m sure you enjoyed it thoroughly.2

I've been playing with my camera on my new phone and there is a cool feature that takes pictures that look like this! Stage light. Too much fun. I have to show my baby after looking at your baby 😁

Gorgeous dog pics @PAV8888 & @lauriekallis …
Good and “Meh” start to the day here… numbers showing not any weight gain, but a loss that I’m not sure I believe (#inflammation #waterretentionkidneys 😳😵💫), but BP numbers are back up… going to have bloods taken this morning before big hospital appointment on Thursday. Hopefully those numbers will be good!
There is a lovely park, Golden Acre, on the way, so taking my mutt for a walk on the way back… therr may be photos (sorry 😉)2 -
Photos good! Hope the vampire will be gentle and the results encouraging!1

Bloods doing good - no major changes & see Bods again in a month.
Weight - supposedly down 3.2 lbs this week 😳
X 5 days within calories as managing to log in consistently…. may change when back at work LOL!
Anyway, deciding not to change anything for another 3 weeks & see what numbers end up like…..

I found working was a challenge because I’d have to pack a lunch or navigate restaurants. And then the celebrations at work!

Good Sunday morning

But today noted BMI saying passing through from Class 2 to Class 1 Obesity! This is massive for me! BMI 39.4 - I know only “just”, but is exciting 🇫🇰though looking in the mirror in the buff is getting scary - so much saggy, floppy bits emerging- ugh!!
And yes @Yooylypr
“ I found working was a challenge because I’d have to pack a lunch or navigate restaurants. And then the celebrations at work!”
I so agree here ….I do find that work can destabilise all my healthy eating / getting in some exercises- as work can be so intense when there…
However, I am fortunate in that I work set days now - Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays - so only a part-timer these days!
Moving forward, I am soooo determind to strategise where I can - do more bulk cooking, prepare lunch & snacks for the day and tbf the Trust I work for are really being really supportive in getting me back with a phased return over next few weeks 💕
Logistics of my job now are not too difficult either (she says! 😵💫😳🥴) - as I only have to work in the office once a week these days, as I can, mostly, do my job from home. May sound odd I know as I’m a nurse, but I don’t have service user contact these days (😒 - really do miss that part)
I work in safeguarding & my job’s gone mostly, online since the Pandemic, with virtual meetings with bods from the other agencies…..
Though as I write this, me going into the office may become another developing issue from a risk point of view 🙄….me & my further squashed! immunity2
