    I had a pretty good meal prep day today! I made some homemade spring rolls, which was fun, and a bunch of other healthy meals :) After a less-than-ideal weekend (where I stayed below maintenance...barely ^_^;) it felt nice to have a bit of a reset.

    I still have some calories saved up for some game snacks, so my dad and I are going to watch opening night for the NHL and munch on some chips, dip, and fruit. I might also have some time for a long walk after :D

    WOW! 2.9 million steps! Go us!

    Day 60 of 75 and still pluggin along. I expect to fall off over the weekend, driving to Buffalo on Friday (9 hours) going to a funeral and luncheon on Sunday, driving back home on Monday. There will be far less than 2.9 million steps for me this weekend.

    Allergy testing consumed half my day and I missed my kickboxing exercise class. I am signed up today for body pump so at least getting out of the house.

    Yesterday was a pretty lazy day. I was super tired and I've been pretty stressed lately. So I skipped the gym. We also didn't have time for our morning walk because we had to leave for an appointment. Monday was a good day, though. So I guess it balances out.

    Caught up the spreadsheets...headed to bed as soon as I take another walk...hope you all had a great day. @pupowl hope you're feeling better, my friend! It seems everyone in my office is sick...I just want to get my strength back! I imagine you feel that way too!!

    I forgot to step on the scale yesterday, Wed Oct 9th, my weigh-in day. And then I forgot again today - already at the office.

    Should we skip me for this week or I can weigh-in tomorrow Fri Oct 11th?

    @sunshinezombiegirl1 If you figure out the trick to that "catching up" thing, please pass that along...I could use it...been trying all week...work...sleep...cleaning...UGH!
