I had a pretty good meal prep day today! I made some homemade spring rolls, which was fun, and a bunch of other healthy meals After a less-than-ideal weekend (where I stayed below maintenance...barely ^_^;) it felt nice to have a bit of a reset.
I still have some calories saved up for some game snacks, so my dad and I are going to watch opening night for the NHL and munch on some chips, dip, and fruit. I might also have some time for a long walk after3 -

Thanks for all the kind words of support while I was sick! I am feeling better, but today was the first day back to work and I'm really tired...just updating my spreadsheets, gonna eat some broccoli soup and go to bed. Thanks again for checking on me!

Day 60 of 75 and still pluggin along. I expect to fall off over the weekend, driving to Buffalo on Friday (9 hours) going to a funeral and luncheon on Sunday, driving back home on Monday. There will be far less than 2.9 million steps for me this weekend.4 -

Allergy testing consumed half my day and I missed my kickboxing exercise class. I am signed up today for body pump so at least getting out of the house.3 -

Yesterday was a pretty lazy day. I was super tired and I've been pretty stressed lately. So I skipped the gym. We also didn't have time for our morning walk because we had to leave for an appointment. Monday was a good day, though. So I guess it balances out.3 -

I went for dinner last night with friends. It was fun but I've really been overeating lately and the scale was no surprise this morning. Sorry team, I need to get my nutrition cleaned up.
